Im having a fancy dress party next month and i was thinking of ideas; its a 16th btw
i was thinking of a sexy ringleader or alice and wonderland but i dont wanna wear a wig and if its something sexy not too showy cuz im not that thin but not fat either also my mum wont agree either
something preferably cheap and im looking for really good ideas but not the ones everyone wears

I'm planning on cosplaying Rogue at an expo. I already have the suit and everything, but last time I wore it (to a fancy dress party), I used the hair style form the movies, i.e. white strips either side of face.
However, since the costume is the green and yellow one from the animated series, I would like to use the X-Men TAS hair this time as well. This is where you guys come in - I can't find anywhere that sells a Rogue wig. And I've never made a wig before.
So I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to create the wig, preferably using a simple method.
I have a lime green wig that i wanted to colour dark green for an oompa loompa fancy dress birthday (yeah i know, im gonna look stupid). Has anyone tried this before and will it work using fabric dye?

One of my friends is having a fancy dress party for her 16th and we can't go as fairies/devils/angels!
So me and my two other friends decided to go as pebbles, betty rubble and wilma from the flintstones
the other two have got their costumes but i need to find mine..
i need:
-A white dress and
-An orangy/gingery wig
I must admit i haven't really been looking around despite the party being 1 week away!! -so highstreet is my only option:)
but i'm also worried that i won't be able to find something because of my size, size 18
Any ideas?

I have dark hair and dont want to wear a wig so it has to be something fitting.
I want it to be hot! im size 6 (uk) so must be available in xs to fit.
Also ideally something that there wont be loads of other people wearing
Ann Summers doesnt do size 6 they are too big for me from there...

hehe aw thank you, i'm just small, I dont try to be this tiny it can cause problems at times thou - you cant anything to fit!

Katelyn bought one of those cheap plastic Party City wigs and forced me to style it for her. So that's what I did on Friday the thirteenth of February in our hotel room. I also had to make Low-Budget Sora's gloves, draw Namine's pictures in Katelyn's sketchbook, fix the damn Keyblade, and stand in line in a parking garage for an hour and a half to get my pre-reg badge. Warning! Contains: Stuffed Moose Abuse, Gratuitous amounts of Hairspray, Me being a Bitch, Threatening Katelyn with Scissors, and other random crap. Oh, Katsucon 2009. I shall never forget thee. (We were the group with Low-Budget Sora, the dancing Heartless that kept getting her hair caught in the zipper, the tall Namine in a fancy dress, and one of the four Zexions.) This is meant to amuse, go ahead, point and laugh. You won't be the first.
