Hi, I'm going to Bestival in the Isle of Wight in September, with two other girls and as everyone dresses up, we need to too! Trouble is, we can't think of anything to dress up AS. We need something easy, fun, makes us look good and ideally something we could all be - like charlie's angels. or something a bit more imaginative!

i am going to a fancy dress party soon and the theme is 80's/90's cartoons! i am a 21yr old female and need somethin funny/cute...i have though of a female dennis the menace but theres already a lad going as him, powerpuff girls outfits are a bit plain but i cnt think ov anything else, please can i have some help, either a female cartoon character or a male one which i can customise as a girl

Me and my friend have been invited to a fancy dress party this coming Saturday. We will be going shopping before then so does anyone have any ideas as what we can use as we are planning to go as leopards.
Or any other ideas as to what we could dress up as would be appreciated

a group of about 14 of us girls have to dress up for competition in irish college, but we don't know what to go as. it has to be unique and original and preferably hand made. for example last year we all dressed out as crayola crayons. (and we won) we all wrapped different coloured card around us with 'crayola' written down the front and we had little cone shaped hats. we were thinking of going as candy bars and lollipops. any other ideas?
www.costumez.org - With Halloween rolling around once again, everyone is scrambling for their favorite fancy dress costume. You can't go far wrong with the scary type costumes, like the vampire, zombie and witch themes but for something slightly different what about a Japanese themed idea....

I've got this party on Wednesday which is one of those fancy dress parties which is just an excuse for the girls to wear as little as possible.
To be honest, it's not really my crowd that are going but I can't turn down a fancy dress party because I love them!
Not too sure what to go as, so I've come here for some ideas.
Here is my criteria:
1) It must be something that instantly recognisable. I don't want people to keeping asking me who I am throughout the evening!
2) It can't be too intelligent. My first instinct was Alex from A Clockwork Orange, but I'm pretty sure that 95% of the people going won't have a clue who he is!
3) It can't be anything that involves hours and hours of time and effort, but it should look pretty professional. I'm not the sort of guy that goes to a fancy dress party wearing a Superman t-shirt, claiming to be the Man of Steel...
4) Hopefully, it has to be quite cheap. I know the costume business is completely over-priced so I'm hoping to get my costume together for £20 - £25. Maybe just by buying stuff in Primark!

i need a fancy dress costume with the budget of about £15 ?? Something a bit sassy but im not the skinniest of girls , its going to be a party full of 13-18 year olds so any ideas would be greatly appreciated : )

me and the girls are off to Edinburgh in March for a weekend, and one of the nights is fancy dress (general) but i am stuck for ideas of what to go as!! I want something quite different, but nothing tarty i.e. nurse, maid etc. (tooooooooo tacky), any ideas are welcome!!!!

Me and my friends want to dress up for a local fancy dress competition but we aren't sure what to be. There are 5 of us and we are all girls but im sure a couple of us wouldn't mind dressing up as boys.

Im going to a fancy dress party with a nautical theme. Its all girls and i know they'll all be wearing the sexy sailor outfits but at the the risk of matching with someone else ive decided o go as a fisher woman (Wellies, yellow waterproofs, etc) i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas or knew of where i could get any of the bits from...im struggling with the hat and waterproofs at the miniute...not a good start i know!
