I am going out on my 18th (3 weeks away) and my sister has chosen a 90's fancy dress theme for it (as i was born in 1992 obviously), anyone have any ideas of 90's fancy dress that i could easily make?

My husband has just told me that our daughters' day care is having a fancy dress party on friday.
Our daughters are three and 18 months and I have no idea what to put them it. Our three year old refuses to wear skirts and only wears trousers and our 18 month old is not walking yet so I don't want to put her in trousers because she will crawl out of the trousers if they slip down as she has done before.
They don't have easter dresses. They have to go in costume though.

Me and my two sisters are going to a fancy dress party on friday so have to get our costumes sorted pretty quickly and simply. the theme is tv and movies. we would all preferably like to go as something related. we don't want too be 'slutty' we want too make everyone laugh and don't care about looking stupid.

It's my birthday in 3 weeks and I want a fancy dress theme but everything I think of I've already done - or loads of people do it. Someone help me think of something original and preferably quite easy as a theme. The more imaginative and fun the better - it's going to be a messy drunken night 
A friend and I have got to come into school dressed as a film characters for children in need. any ideas? I wanted to dress up as Jedward (john and edward from xfactor) but they don't exactly fit into the theme of film characters
